Refund Policy

Paddle Purchases

Purchases of PandaTalk made through Paddle are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and manages refund, withdrawal, and cancellation requests for those transactions under its policy and applicable law.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights, country-specific rules, discretionary refunds, timing, and payment method handling are determined by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Paddle transaction, use the links in your Paddle receipt or subscription management email, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option. Paddle may use its transaction records to verify the request.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

You can cancel a Paddle-managed subscription through the links in your Paddle receipt or subscription management email. Cancellation stops future billing for that subscription according to Paddle's policy and the subscription terms shown at checkout.

For help using PandaTalk or resolving a product issue, email support@panda-talk.com. We may ask for your receipt email or Paddle transaction details so we can help investigate the issue.

Access After Refund

If Paddle issues a refund, access to the refunded PandaTalk product or subscription will cease.
