Using PandaTalk

PandaTalk provides picture-led Mandarin learning materials, previews, and early access reservations. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for personal, family, or educational purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide to PandaTalk, including your email address and any learner details used to personalize the experience. If a child uses PandaTalk, a parent or guardian must supervise the account and accept these terms.

Early Access Deposit

The Early Access Deposit reserves access to the first PandaTalk story pack when it becomes available. Launch timing, lesson contents, and final pricing may change as the product is developed.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans may be offered as one-time purchases, early access deposits, or recurring subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and supported payment methods are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment processor or merchant of record. PandaTalk does not store full card numbers.

For recurring subscriptions, your plan renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases processed through Paddle are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, withdrawal rights, refund timing, and cancellation handling are managed by Paddle under that policy and applicable law. If Paddle issues a refund, access to the refunded PandaTalk product or subscription will cease.

Learning Content

Lesson previews and product descriptions are provided for general learning support. We may update, revise, add, or remove content as PandaTalk improves.

Intellectual Property

PandaTalk lessons, illustrations, audio, text, designs, and other materials are owned by PandaTalk or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning, family, or classroom preparation, but you may not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute them without written permission.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep PandaTalk useful and available, but the service may change, pause, or occasionally be unavailable. We may update features, pricing, content, and these terms as the product grows. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers.

Limitation of Liability

PandaTalk is provided for learning support and is not guaranteed to produce a specific language outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PandaTalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
